A Collaborative Process

Every custom piece starts with a conversation. We work closely with you to refine your ideas, selecting the finest materials and techniques to ensure your vision is captured in the final product. We believe in transparency and keep you updated throughout every stage of the work.

Timelines & Delivery

True quality craftsmanship takes time. Standard individual custom orders typically ship within 2 to 4 weeks. For large-scale celebration orders or complex specialty pieces, we recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance to secure your spot in our schedule.

Is there anything we won't allow?

At Barnside Crafts, we desire to provide a family friendly environment and therefore will NEVER agree to make anything that contains inappropriate images and words, cursing, etc... If your custom order idea includes any and all of these things, we will NOT proceed to call you to finalize your order. Barnside Crafts has the right to refuse any and all custom orders if they do not meet our standards.

Whether you need humorus stickers, commemorative event coasters, or personalized decorated glass jars, our workshop is equipped for a variety of tasks. We also specialize in high-quality vinyl for candles, T-Shirts, and and more, all crafted with our signature country charm.

Ordering Guidelines

Please prepare rough dimensions and any inspiration images beforehand by using the form at the bottom of this page. While our inquiry is free, once we send you an official invoice and you agree to it, we will send you a form where a 10% non-refundable deposit is required to begin custom commissions. Right before shipping we will send you another form where a final deposit is required.

We'll provide a detailed and a comprehensive quote. Once approved, we source the materials, set a timeline and send you a draft image of your idea.

03. Hand-Crafted

Each piece is meticulously handmade in our workshop, with regular updates sharing progress and craftsmanship details.

04. Payment & Delivery

Once you approve of the design that we send, we will email you a payment processing form. Then, your finished custom order is carefully packaged and delivered, ready to become a cherished part of your home, annual get-together, party and more!
